Where does Prokka take EC numbers from?

Hi guys, do you know based on which database does prokka assign EC numbers to found proteins? KEGG or NCBI database or an internal db? thanks

Prokka assigns all annotations by copying fasta headers from its internal database, or from HMM descriptions.
