Hi everyone,

I'm trying to run SNPTest using imputed data, however, MINIMAC4 only outputs in VCF and INFO files. I know I can make SNPTest run with VCF, but apparently, it still needs a SAMPLE file. I tried creating GEN and SAMPLE files from VCF, but they still did not work with SNPTest. Any ideas on what can be done?
