How many Individuals should I use in order to define haploblocks?
Hello everyone! I wonder if someone could suggest a paper or give heuristic advice on how many unrelated Individuals should be considered in order to detect haploblocks with a high level of confidence. Is this number will be different for plants and animals? Thank you.
