DEXSeq counts data for WGCNA analysis
Hi,
Has anyone performed Network analysis using WGCNA on Dexseq exon counts data. I am looking for strategies for data interpretation.
Thank you!!

Your question is a bit vague. What does "stategies for data interpretation" mean? And why would you do WGCNA on exon-counts? WGCNA is made for finding clusters of co-regulate genes. How would you interpret a cluster of co-regulated exons? What extra information would you get out of it compared to a gene-level analysis?
