Forum: How to follow a particular post on Biostars?

Dear all!

Sorry, it's a trivial question.

If I like some particular post, what should I do to follow it? So far I've saved its link in a file, but is there a better way? I found just a post about following a particular post-author with many nice posts.

I would like to follow a single post. How should I do it?

To follow a post, log in to your BioStars account or create one if you don't have one already, navigate to the question and click "Not following" under the original post. Then select either "Follow via messages" or "Follow by email" as you like. The text on the button might be slightly different from the selection but still should make sense.

You could also bookmark a post to find it quickly in your bookmarks. Currently you can only bookmark original posts and answers. Ability to bookmark comments is coming in new Biostars.
