Error when running CIBERSORT
Hi,
I am trying to run CIBERSORT, but it returns the following error.
java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 0 org.rosuda.REngine.Rserve.RserveException: eval failed, request status: error code: 127 132
What are the possible reasons for this??

why don't you contact the authors? https://cibersort.stanford.edu/contact.php I am sure they will be happy to help you to use their tool and potentially resolve a bug / update a manual.
If you contact them, be sure to include full command line, the version number, your operating system, the Java version and the full error message.
