Online tool or software to remove adaptors from MISeq data
Dear All, I have received my data from MISeq. and right now I am doing FASTQC. I have problems with Adaptor content. Any recommended online tool or software to trim the adaptor? By the way, I am not familiar with Command tools. Thank you for all of your help
