total RNA-seq public data with rRNA
Hi, I was wondering if there are public RNA-seq data sets that have not been depleted with rRNA. Or even better, if there were public single cell RNA-seq data sets that have not been depleted with rRNA? I want to compare the relative abundance of different rRNA transcripts, hopefully across cells.

You may search Array Express and GEO omnibus. Look at the protocol carefully and download the raw files according to your experimental question. Sorry for not being much of a help.
