Hello, I was wondering if anyone on the boards has had success submitting bull variant queries to the REST API of the ExAC database (http://exac.hms.harvard.edu/) using Python requests module? I need to get effects for ~ 10000 variants, and individual requests in a for-loop takes too long. I can figure out how to format the bulk request using a list of variants. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
