I was wondering if anyone already worked with the cobrapy package (Python). I have a metabolic model of my organism (basically E. Coli) and I want to use different growth media, to model the behaviour of the bacteria in different media and compare that to wetlab growth curves. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find any information on how to load different media (for example LB) or how to transcribe the medium composition to the BIGG-reactions.

I'm thankful for any hint or link that could possibly help me!
