Maximum intensity among overlapping peaks and peak coverage
Hi,
I am very new to ChiP-seq data analysis. I have estimated the peak calls using MACS2. I want to estimate the maximum intensity among the overlapping peaks and peak coverage. Could anyone suggest me how could I proceed further?
Would appreciate any suggestion.
