I am currently trying to evaluate the shape complementarity of two proteins, but the processes that I currently find only do docking this process for me is not necessary at this time, is it possible or do you know with which tool I can do the evaluation of complementarity of two proteins?

I try with Rosetta, but this offer like a suplementary task of Docking.
