Forum: Problems you faced with PCR and NAP

To dear lab technicians/workers, etc.

I am interested in hearing about a few of the problems you faced in the laboratory when you had to work specifically with qPCR, PCR or NAP. Your stories could be in combination with other tools and techniques or not. And I would also like to know how you did your troubleshooting and how you found out about the problem.
