Cancer Cell Line WGS
Hey Biostars!
Was wondering if someone could help me out with this problem. I am looking for WGS data from cancer cell lines but have struggled to find any repositories online that store the BAM's or FASTQs. Does anyone have any insight on where I can look?

Use sra-explorer to look. If you search with "cancer cell line WGS" there are lots of results for fastq data. Restrict as needed. Increase number of results as needed.

NCBI will house such data, but you will need to search for appropriate bio projects/cell lines etc so you will need to know what you’re looking for to some degree.
