Gold standard cell lines with characteristic gene fusions for Breast Cancer
Hello All,
I am relatively new to Bioinformatics analysis for Cancer data. I am currently working on a project in which I need to choose well studied Breast Cancer cell lines with gene-fusions characterizing those cell lines. Are there any gold standard cell lines that I should definitely incorporate in Breast cancer and where could I find the gene fusions that would characterize these cell lines.
Secondly, if I were to restrict myself to Triple Negative Breast Cancer cell lines, where could I find the validated gene fusions that characterize these TNBC cell lines?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
