PowerMarker for association analyses Input file not working for quantitative traits
Hello, I have been trying to use power marker to perform Genotype based F-tests and Prevosti distance-based tests. I am struggling to input my snp data with quantitative trait information. Is there anyone who can assist me with an example of where I am going wronng. Thank you

1) Why do you need to use PowerMarker? It is very old and not maintained since several years. There are a lot of tools for performing association analysis.
2) Can you provide a small input example and the error you get? You are more likely to get help after providing this information.
