SNPduo error reading ped files

Hello,

I tried submitting my map and ped files for IBS and relationship calculation between samples in SNPduo. It was able to read the map file but it gave an error when it tried to read the ped file.

The error looks like this:

****Reading Ped file [ /..path/filename.ped ]**
**[Error] Not at the end of ped line, but have already reached end of locus map.****

Can you please help me in this matter?
