Kruskal-Wallis on more than one independent variables in R
I have data which contains two independent variables and it does not follow the normal distribution. I checked it with the Shapiro test. However, I don't know how to apply Kruskal-Wallis for more than one independent data in R. I tried two-way ANOVA and the result is significant. Can I stick with ANOVA results?
