Hi, this is my first question here and I'm pretty new to bioinformatics, so I ask for forgivenes in advance if something seems non sense in my post, haha.

I'm using prottest to better select the substitution matrix on my alignments and my advisor asked if it is possible to insert other matrices/models on prottest database in order to include them on the analyses. I've searched for it on the manuals without success and I'm inclined to concluded that it is not possible, but I'd like to know if someone knows anything about it.
