Need Help : Color the Phylogentic tree based on leaf name by ete3
Hi all,
I am new to python. I have a Phylogenetic tree in newick format and a text file which contain names of some leaves . I have to use this file to color the leaf name in phylogenetic tree. Does anyone have any idea about how can I color the phylogenetic tree based on leaf name by using this text file with the help of ete3 ?
