In addition to Bootstrap Values, what other statistics are used to indicate clade supports in phylogenetic analyses?
Dear Biostars community, I have been using bootstrap values (statistics) as a clade supports in phylogenetics. I was wondering if there were other statistics more reliable than bootstrap for rigorous analyses. Thank you in advance for your input.
