Job: Geneious Prime: tutor wanted
Hey, looking for a skype tutor or a phone conversation regarding geneious prime. I am attempting to assemble and map 4 mutant DNA sequences (provided by a sequencing company) against the annotated reference genome. I also have the annotated chromosomes of the reference genome. Please assist. Further, after mapped I wanted to analyze the SNPs that are occurring across the strains. Got pretty far but need some additional help as I cant find a solution.
