I'm trying to use PAGIT for assembly correction. However, I can't seem to get ICORN to run successfully. Upon investigation the segmentation fault seems to keep happening during the SNPoMATIC call. I've tried aggressively ramping up the memory as well as a half dozen other things. At this point, I'm wondering if anyone else has had problems with this program before, or if you have suggestions for a better pipeline. I am thinking about just replacing icorn with pilon, since I think it's a new-an-improved correction program anyway, and keep the remaining components.
