database for putative human loss-of-function variants

Hi All,

Is there any great database to download putative human loss-of-function variants? I know Mark Gerstein had conducted some work(ALoFT), However, it looks the LOF list is not complete. I found lots of interesting LOF variants are missed in this method. Meanwhile, I tried to run the aloft script and all the tries were failed.
