Problem running edgeR with count matrix
Hi everyone, I'm trying to run edgeR using a count matrix that has two levels (Str,NonStr) and one unique factor. Unfortunately, edgeR is reporting an error about the number of columns. If anyone has anything to saiy about it, I would really appreciate it.
