Bioinformatics for Proteomics
Hi all!
I am starting to analyze proteomic data and I am looking for a thousand-foot view of the field to know more about experiments, QC, platforms, and pipelines.
I am looking for something like RNA Seqlopedia (https://rnaseq.uoregon.edu/) for RNA Seq.
All help would be appreciated!
Thanks, Matt
