Bos Taurus Genes Annotation ARS-UCD1.2
Hello Everyone,
I have a specific interest for a gene ID: ENSBTAG00000053889 that is not identified with Ensembl using PANTHER or DAVID tools and Bos Taurus organism but show up in Ensembl as LAP gene with this same ID. http://www.ensembl.org/Bos_taurus/Gene/Summary?db=core;g=ENSBTAG00000053889;r=27:5221877-5227956;t=ENSBTAT00000050266 I used the new release of ARS-UCD1.2 to map our sequences.
DO you have an idea why this gene is not annotated using PANTHER tool.
