Ensembl ID found on the site but not in downloaded flat file

Hello everyone!

I’ve downloaded several Ensembl file (the entrez and uniprot ones) found here: http://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-95/tsv/homo_sapiens/ While working I’ve encountered an issue. Some of the Ensembl gene ID are available on the web site but I can’t find them in the downloaded files.

For example:

ENSG00000169668 ( https://www.ensembl.org/Homo_sapiens/Gene/Summary?db=core;g=ENSG00000169668;r=22:21103016-21122285 )

ENSG00000237276 ( http://www.ensembl.org/Homo_sapiens/Gene/Summary?g=ENSG00000237276;r=1:16215909-16228027 )

Is there someone who can help me figure out what is happening? Thank you for any suggestions!!!

These IDs are not in the files because the files map between Ensembl identifiers and other databases. These IDs have no match in these databases.
