Benchmarking GPUs with ONT Guppy 3.0
It was disappointing to find out that our expensive 2 year old GPU card is still insufficient to work with GUPPY. Before we invest in an upgrade we would like to know if there are any benchmark comparisons between specific GPU cards and CPU only analysis. I am particularly interest in knowing about the following GPUs:
NVIDIA TITAN RTX and QUADRO RTX 6000

I'm not aware of any comparisons between those GPUs. Do you have access to the community forum?
If you are comparing current generation GPU's then you are likely more concerned about compatibility than benchmarking? These GPU's seem to be within spitting distance of each other in other benchmarks.
Here's a benchmark video comparing Titan RTX and Quadro cards. Haven't used GUPPY, but I would imagine the Titan RTX is much better value for money.
