GSVA for mouse scRNA-Seq

Dear Group,

Is there a workflow for single sample enrichment analysis using either ssGSEA or GSVA for scRNA-Seq data from mouse. I am interested in running enrichment analysis on every cell from a mouse (mm.edb ).
