non-redundant polymorphic site
Hi Biostar,
Can be a basic question, I am working on 12 fungal strains, I have detected SNPs and InDels in each genome. my question is how can I extract a vcf file of non-redundant polymorphic sites between the 12 vcf files of each strain ?.
