I now have 100 shotgun samples, with Metaphlan to get classified information, I want to filter out the top10 of the genus of information for drawing. I know I can do it with Excel, but because the sample volume is more, I would like to ask if there is a faster way?
Show examples of what format your data is in (must be in some table format since you mention
excel). You want to filter top 10 genera out as in remove them from data or extract just those 10 for plotting.
