problem: Repeatscout kills

I was working with my sequence.fa for the analysis with RepeatScout. After running RS there was this error message:

./RepeatScout -sequence OB_1000.fa -output OC1000_repeats.fasta -freq OB_1000.freq -l 14
kill

What's happening? OB_1000.fa is about 1GB

this is way to little info for us to work with ...

is there anything in your output file? what are the specs of the machine you are running this command one?
