MAF file having mutation data
Hi everyone I have downloaded the "masked somatic mutation" file from TCGA for pancreatic adenocarcinoma. My question is that, is the MAF file contain data of protein-coding somatic mutation or is it also have the mutation for a non-coding element also. I have to map the mutation onto the regulatory element.
