Hello, I want to get chimpanzee SNP data from dbSNP. However, dbSNP web have not provide genetic variation for non-human species science September 2017. Non-human species variant data is trasitioning from dbSNP to European Variation Archive (EVA). But chimpanzee SNP have not been imported (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/eva/?dbSNP-Import-Progress). I know the existing non-human species SNP is deposited in NCBI FTP (ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/). However, I can not find it. Is there someone who can help me with this question? Thank you so much!
