Is this common to see two types of adapters in the same sequencing data?
Hello everyone.
Currently I am helping my PI to analyze the RNA-seq data. I just checked the data from FastQC but I found that one of them have two different types of adapters. One is universal adapter and the other one is illumina small RNA adapter. I never see this before so I don't know if it is common and how to explain it. Could anyone please help me to check the data?
I'll be very appreciated if you can help me!

Please see How to add images to a Biostars post to add your images properly. You need the direct link to the image, not the link to the webpage that has the image embedded (which is what you have used here)
Sorry about that. I have changed another photo hosting platform.
