Hi, I'm new to the concept of microsatellite instability and trying to determine MSI using msiNGS tool. I have gone through the page available here. I get the following error:

./run_msings.sh: xrealloc: cannot allocate 18446744071562067968 bytes

I understand, more space is needed but the file works well when given as an input for other tools. Could anyone help me troubleshoot this error?
