Evolutionary based RNA secondary structure prediction software

Hi all !

I have a set of orthologous non-coding RNA sequences from related plant species (ca 200 b.p. each). I'm looking for the RNA secondary structure prediction software based on evolutionary approaches/comparative methods. The choice of softwares is too great!

What programs are most used now and most accurate? Please recommend 2-3!
