ScRNA Data Clustering, FPKM file, R
Hello, I'm just introduced to scRNA seq, I'm looking to cluster rna-seq data with k-means and gmm in r, I've downloaded the data from NCBI GEO, Could anyone of you guide me How to proceed further with FPKM file? I've seen earlier threads but I am not able to change the script in R. A big thanks,
