You can't/don't want to use
blast+? Or do you think the repeats are going to be masked by blast? They should not be at NCBI web blast by default.i dont familiar with any blast. its the first time which i should use this tools. can you guide me accurate and easy?
Visit NCBI Web Blast page. Follow the prompts (those should be easy enough to understand). If you need help check this page.
Paste all your sequences in to the BLASTP webpage. Hit submit. It doesn't get any easier than that. If you have some specific questions, come back to us.
its not possible because of big data
You need a local install in that case.
