Can we use mouse reference genome to perform DGE analysis of Zebrafish rna-seq samples?
Hi all, I have a weird question! I have some rna-seq samples from Zebrafish. Is that possible if I use mouse or human reference genome (instead of Zebrafish) to perform differential gene expression analysis on these samples?
I know we have Zebrafish reference genome. I just want to use human or mouse as these two are more well studied for down stream analysis.
