ChIP Seq out file description along with correlation between RNA and ChIp seq

Dear All,

I have used MACS2 for peak calling ,and i have 6 outfiles. They are: 2 files with .bdg extension, .r , .narrowPeak , .xls, .bed file

what does abs_summit and pileup column in .xls file indicate and what does 5th column in the .bed file mean(if its pileup, what is the difference between 2 pileup values)?

Further How do I co relate RNA seq deferentially expressed genes with Chip seq data.
