How to fix svr_call_rnas MyRAST SEED function call error on a Linux Mint OS?

When I run MyRAST Linux bash code:

svr_call_rnas mycobacterium m.tuberculosis bacteria <contigs.fasta > rnas.fasta

an error arises:

Not an ARRAY reference at /usr/lib/myrast/plbin/svr_call_rnas.pl line 92.

How to fix that, pls?
