In agreement with kevin, what you mean by "better"?, however, in my opinion webgestalt is a bit faster than david, and at least with mouse and h sapiens I have obtained more transcripts mapped to GO terms with webgestalt, plots looks better (on my opinion) and result table are available to download in both servers.

ShinyGO is also faster and give nice plots

I am not sure if is faster but agree with "nice plots", however, it does not use a ranked list as WebGestalt. In my opinion it is a very important advantage for most uses.
