I recently just found this website (https://www.mb-literature-search.com/) quite helpful in doing literature survey in medical or life-science. From its instruction, you can list your interested key words under different classes.
For example, "Alzheimer" under class "Disease", "NF-κB" under class "Gene", "up-regulation" under class "Regulation". It will search all the articles that contain at least one key word from each class added, such as the article contains "Alzheimer"+"NF-κB"+"up-regulation".
