How to define groups for dual channel microarray data in GEO2R?
Dear all, I want to use GEO2R for dual channel Agilent data in NCBI.
However when I want to define groups in GEO2R (GSE2701), two columns for each sample (cy3 and cy5 channels) are present in the same row and there is no way to separate them.
Can any body guide me to to define groups for these type of data sets?
