SSU-align running error

Hi all

I download and install SSU-align and check it out based on tutorial It was successfully installed. However, when I run the program I get this error:

"ERROR, FileOpenForReadingFailure() entered with 4 != 5 input arguments"

I appreciate anyone who helps me in this problem
