I'd like to know whether there is a metabolites human database that contains preprocessing metabolite profiling envolving control and case conditions?

Does HMDB contains preprocessing metabolite profiling?

HMDB curates annotation of metabolites and provides IDs for each. They do not store datasets, as far as I know. You may want to take a look at this: A: Publicly-available Metabolomics Data
