hello everyone please guide me How I can compare multiple identified genes that are come from a diversity of plant and want to BLAST against EST sequence of a single plant
first, I have found all genes in the diversity of plant species by keyword of PPO and POX genes and BLAST hit the many identified genes with appropriate setting parameters now I want to BLAST this all 2085 genes against EST sequence of total 9 plant one by one what I should do please recommend the step by step guideline because I m new to handle this all task
