Working with loom files in Seurat, I need to setup the loom Object and get the HDF5 C++ API following this link. My hdf5-1.8.14.zip file was obtained from this link , then unpacked to C:\hdf5, and I used the version of cmake-3.13.4-win64-x64 and visual studio 2017 to configure, but it failed! Can anyone help me?
